Registration rates for members of the EACR, AACR or IACR

If you are a current member of the European Association for Cancer Research, American Association for Cancer Research or Irish Association for Cancer Research you qualify for special registration rates. If you'd like to join one of the societies in order to benefit from the special rate, please ensure you do this with plenty of time before the relevant registration deadline.

Registration rates for non-members

* Membership rates apply to individuals who are current members of the European Association for Cancer Research (EACR), the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) or Irish Assocation for Cancer Research (IACR).

** Student Non-Members will be required to upload proof of student status during the registration process.

*** Industry rates apply to participants who work for a for-profit company and are funded to attend the meeting by that company.

Deadlines: Please note that deadlines are at 23:59 CET on all the published dates. Full payment in Euros (€) must be received before the corresponding deadline to receive the relevant rate. Preferred payment method: Mastercard or Visa.

Confirmation of Registration

Immediately after you finalise and pay for your registration, we'll send an email acknowledgement and confirmation to the email address entered in the registered profile.

Shortly before the event, you will receive an email including updated information on the programme as well as your individual barcode letter. This email will allow you to access the premises and sessions, exhibition, and poster halls.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your registration confirmation and receipt (invoice) within the timeframe mentioned above, please contact the Registration Team via eacr@newway-management.com.

Credit Card

Credit card payment (in EUR only) is the preferred method of payment. The following credit cards are accepted as part of the online registration process: VISA, MasterCard® and American Express. Please note that your credit card will directly be charged at the moment of transaction.

Bank Transfers

Any bank charges by local or intermediate bank must be borne by the remitter. Payment by bank transfer will not be accepted after 26 January 2024. After 26 January 2024, any outstanding amounts must be paid by credit card. Clearly indicate the name of the participant(s) and their registration number on the remittance slip/reference text.

If full payment is not received by the corresponding registration deadlines, the subsequent rate automatically applies. Please note that deadlines are at 23.59 CET on all published dates.
